Using the App
Yen Nnwom Fie works like an app on your phone or computer — no download required. Add it to your home screen for the best experience.
Why add it to your home screen?
- Opens full-screen — no browser address bar in the way
- Faster to launch — tap the icon like any other app
- Works offline — practice room and downloaded scores available without internet
- Feels native — smooth transitions, no browser chrome
🍎iPhone / iPad (Safari)▾
- 1Open www.ourmusichome.com in Safari (not Chrome or another browser).
- 2Tap the Share button at the bottom of the screen — it looks like a box with an arrow pointing up.
- 3Scroll down in the share sheet and tap "Add to Home Screen".
- 4Edit the name if you like, then tap Add in the top right.
- 5The app icon will appear on your home screen. Open it from there for the full app experience.
Note: Must use Safari — the Add to Home Screen option does not appear in Chrome or Firefox on iOS.
🤖Android (Chrome)▾
- 1Open www.ourmusichome.com in Chrome.
- 2Tap the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top right corner.
- 3Tap "Add to Home screen" or "Install app" — the label depends on your Android version.
- 4Tap Add or Install when prompted.
- 5The app icon will appear on your home screen and app drawer.
Note: Some Android devices show an install banner automatically at the bottom of the screen — you can tap that instead.
💻Desktop — Chrome▾
- 1Open www.ourmusichome.com in Chrome.
- 2Look for the install icon in the address bar on the right side — it looks like a computer screen with a down arrow.
- 3Click it, then click Install in the popup.
- 4The app opens in its own window, separate from your browser, and a shortcut is added to your desktop.
Note: If you don't see the install icon, open the Chrome menu (⋮) and look for "Install Yen Nnwom Fie" or "Install Our Music Home".
🪟Desktop — Microsoft Edge▾
- 1Open www.ourmusichome.com in Edge.
- 2Click the three-dot menu (…) in the top right.
- 3Go to Apps → "Install this site as an app".
- 4Click Install in the popup.
- 5The app opens in its own window and a shortcut is added to your Start menu and taskbar.
🖥️Mac — Safari▾
- 1Open www.ourmusichome.com in Safari on your Mac.
- 2In the menu bar, click File → "Add to Dock".
- 3Click Add in the dialog.
- 4The app appears in your Dock and opens in its own Safari window without the browser controls.
Note: Requires macOS Sonoma (14) or later.
Already using the app?
If Yen Nnwom Fie is already on your home screen and you want to make sure you have the latest version, open the app, pull down to refresh, or close and reopen it. Updates happen automatically in the background.
